Responsibilities: * Maintaining, growing, and servicing existing and new accounts * Identify new account opportunities. * Ensure high quality customer service to all customers. * Execute on-time delivery according to customer expectations, inform customers of delivery setbacks and changes in order status while managing the order entry process, troubleshoot problems and rectify complaints and claims. * Develop individual quotes and contract pricing, expediting orders with short lead times or unusual requirements. * Respond to customer inquiries. * Manage customer contracts to ensure inventory and purchases are correct. * Ensure all customer material is shipped accurately and on time. * Manage reports to make sure everything is on order for customer accounts. * Check purchase orders against orders in the system to ensure they are correct. * Monitor ready to ship material to ensure customers are taking per their forecast. * Proactively identifying customer needs and advising customers of potential issues * Work with Outside Managers and the Plant to develop marketing plan and strategies. Requirements: * Detailed orientated. * High energy and drive, strong business and data analysis skills, excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills. * Working knowledge with Microsoft Suite, most notably Excel and Office. * Ability to understand written and oral instructions. * Excellent communication skills and cheerful outlook * Strong customer service and sales aptitude. * Ability to work in a team environment while managing individual goals and objectives partnered with the ability to work effectively in a diverse community required. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. * Ability to work from home if needed. * Self-starter Knowledge that is helpful * Business, finance, or marketing experience * Logistics experience * Ability to read orthographic prints. * Prior Sales and/or account management experience * Steel experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
