Regional Hotel Sales Manager This role will be onsite between 3 hotels in Chattanooga TN and Crossville TN and Scottsboro AL . Above hotels are roughly 1 hour trip from Chattanooga TN. The role of a Regional Hotel Sales Manager involves a range of responsibilities aimed at driving revenue and market share growth. Key duties include: * Developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain customers within the designated geographic area. * Negotiating contracts and packages to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Managing relationships with key accounts, such as corporations or travel agencies, to ensure they choose the hotel for their events. * Analyzing sales statistics and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly and identify new opportunities for growth. * Collaborating with marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive support for sales initiatives. * Track all sales initiatives in weekly reporting tool. * Attend Monthly Revenue meetings * Potential Bonus Program if goals are meet Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Ability to Commute: * Chattanooga, TN 37421 (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
