You'll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale * Follow up on all leads and requests for information * Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed * Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close * Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred * Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed * Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required * Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred * Real Estate License About Company Our Mission at Homestead & Co is to provide superior client service.
