About Us
We own and operate a growing portfolio of 10-12 branded hotel properties across Central Texas, including Hilton, IHG, and Marriott select-service brands (Spark by Hilton, Residence Inn, TownePlace Suites, Holiday Inn Express and others). We are seeking a hands-on Regional Hotel Sales & Operations Manager to drive top-line revenue growth while maintaining operational excellence and brand compliance across the portfolio to help support porperty managers. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who understands both sales strategy and hotel operations , and who can work directly with on-property General Managers and Ownership to improve performance.
Position Summary
The Regional Hotel Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing regional sales strategy, revenue growth initiatives, and operational alignment across multiple hotels. This role acts as a bridge between sales, operations, property leadership, and ownership , ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, strong local sales performance, and successful franchise inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for corporate, negotiated, extended-stay, group, and local business segments.
- Support and coach on-property sales efforts and General Managers where no dedicated sales manager exists.
- Build relationships with local businesses, medical facilities, construction firms, and corporate accounts.
- Track and improve ADR, occupancy, RevPAR , and market share across the portfolio.
- Review STR reports and competitive set performance regularly. Operational Oversight
- Conduct regular property visits to ensure sales initiatives align with operational execution.
- Partner with Hotel Managers to ensure staffing, service delivery, and cleanliness support revenue goals.
- Identify operational gaps impacting sales performance and guest satisfaction. Brand Compliance & Inspections
- Ensure properties meet Hilton, IHG, and Marriott brand standards related to sales programs, brand participation, and guest experience.
- Assist properties in preparing for franchise QA inspections and audits.
- Monitor and support closure of PIP (Property Improvement Plan) items tied to sales or operations. Revenue & Financial Management
- Analyze P&L statements, labor costs, and sales productivity.
- Recommend pricing strategies and promotional opportunities in coordination with revenue management.
- Support ownership in budgeting, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities. Leadership & Communication
- Serve as a direct liaison between Ownership and Hotel Managers regarding sales performance and operational results.
- Lead regular sales and performance review meetings.
- Provide clear weekly and monthly reports summarizing revenue performance, opportunities, and risks. QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of hotel sales, operations, or multi-property management experience
- Strong understanding of hotel revenue drivers, STR reports, and market segmentation
- Experience with Hilton, IHG, and/or Marriott branded hotels
- Proven ability to drive revenue while maintaining operational standards
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel regularly across Central Texas properties
- Need to have means of commute and required travel Preferred
- Multi-property or regional role experience
- Experience in select-service or extended-stay hotels
- Experience preparing hotels for brand inspections
- CRM, PMS, and revenue system familiarity (Opera, OnQ, Delphi, FOSSE etc.) What We Offer
