REGIONAL MANAGER - MULTI-STUDIO FITNESS (CLUB PILATES) North Bay | Napa - Benicia - Rohnert Park Full-time | Base Salary + Performance Bonus We are seeking a results-driven Regional Manager to oversee three Club Pilates studios in the North Bay. This role is responsible for sales performance, operational consistency, and leadership accountability across all locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable with data, direct feedback, and performance management -- and who knows how to coach teams to higher results. WHAT YOU'LL OWN * Performance oversight of three studios (~$2.8M annual revenue) * Direct leadership and coaching of General Managers * Membership sales & net member growth * Retention and freezes * Revenue performance across all locations * Regular review and analysis of KPIs, dashboards, and CRM data * Implementation of action plans when studios fall short of targets * Consistent execution of sales processes, promotions, and operational standards * Partnership with Ownership on strategy, reporting, and improvement initiatives WHAT THIS ROLE IS (AND ISN'T) A leadership role with real authority Sales- and data-driven Focused on coaching, accountability, and results Multi-location oversight -- not a single-studio GM role Not a "nice-to-have" support role Not hands-off Not a micromanagement position -- this role inspires managers through leadership WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 3+ years of leadership experience in multi-site or high-performance environments (fitness, hospitality, retail, or sales-driven businesses) * Proven ability to drive revenue and coach others to hit targets * Strong comfort with numbers, KPIs, and performance reporting * Confident communicator who can deliver clear feedback and enforce expectations * Organized, proactive, and decisive * Experience managing underperformance and leading corrective action * CRM / sales system experience preferred (ClubReady a plus) * Ability to travel regularly between studios COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * Competitive base salary * Performance-based bonus tied to regional results * Complimentary Pilates classes * Employee discounts * Paid time off * Opportunity to grow with a multi-studio business WHO THRIVES HERE This role is a great fit for leaders coming from: * Boutique fitness or franchise environments * Hospitality or winery sales leadership * Retail or multi-unit sales management If you enjoy owning outcomes, using data to drive decisions, and leading people through accountability, you'll do well Job Type: Full-time Pay: $66,000.00 - $79,500.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance Experience: * Hospitality management: 3 years (Required) * Sales management: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Napa, CA 94558 (Required) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Required) Work Location: In person
