Outside Sales / ERC - Paul Davis Restoration About the Company Paul Davis Restoration is a nationally recognized leader in emergency property restoration, serving residential and commercial clients through fire, water, mold, and disaster response. This local Paul Davis ownership group is growth- focused, hands-on, and committed to expanding market presence through strong relationship-based sales. We are partnering with Paul Davis Restoration to identify a driven Outside Sales / ERC professional to support territory growth and emergency response services. Job Purpose The Outside Sales / ERC role is responsible for generating new restoration business through proactive field sales, relationship development, and emergency response coordination. This is a true "hunter" role suited for someone who thrives on cold calling, in-person visits, and closing restoration opportunities. Territory & Structure * Eastside territory including Ann Arbor, Novi, Pontiac, and North Oakland County * Reports directly to the Owner * Field-based role with one day per week in the office Key Responsibilities * Conduct 8+ in-person sales calls per day within the assigned territory * Build and maintain referral relationships with: * Insurance agents and adjusters * Commercial property managers * Building owners and management firms * Drive Emergency Response & Consulting (ERC) opportunities * Participate in on-call emergency response rotation * Utilize Lexor CRM to track sales activity and manage relationships * Represent Paul Davis Restoration professionally during emergency and non-emergency engagements Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile * Proven success in outside sales or business development, preferably within restoration, construction, or insurance-related industries * Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume in-person outreach * Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open new accounts * CRM experience required (Lexor preferred) * Self-motivated, organized, and accountable Compensation & Benefits * Base salary: $50,000 * Quarterly performance-based bonus (primary earning potential) * Company-provided vehicle, phone, and computer. * Paid time off, sick days, and flexible schedule. * Ongoing training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
