We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level Sales Management Trainee to join our team in Houston, TX! This is a hands-on training program designed to prepare you for leadership roles in sales, marketing, and team management. What You 'll Do: * Learn all aspects of sales and marketing through in-person customer interactions. * Represent renewable energy partners at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns. * Achieve sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. * Receive mentorship and training in leadership, team building, and business development. * Assist in coaching and supporting new team members as you progress in the program.
