CENTURY 21 Affiliated is in search of a dynamic and people-driven Regional Sales & Recruiting Manager to lead growth and performance across our real estate sales offices. This role is ideal for a proven real estate leader who is passionate about recruiting top talent, retaining and developing agents, and building a high-performing culture while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance. The Regional Sales & Recruiting Manager (internally known as a Team Leader) serves as a trusted coach, motivator, and operational leader-- partnering closely with leadership, participating in Team Leader meetings and events, and acting as a key driver of agent success and office performance. Job Duties & Responsibilities: * Actively recruit new real estate agents through networking, outreach, events, and strategic partnerships * Develop and execute regional recruiting plans aligned with company growth goals * Coach, mentor, and motivate agents to help them achieve personal and professional goals * Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable office culture that encourages retention * Oversee day-to-day sales office operations across assigned locations * Support agents with systems, tools, and processes to drive productivity * Partner with office staff to ensure seamless operations and strong customer experiences * Participate in Team Leader meetings, trainings, and company events * Other duties and special projects as assigned Education and Experience: * Valid Real Estate Salesperson license required * Previous Real Estate sales experience required * Valid Broker's license preferred * Prior experience managing a team highly desirable This position would be full-time and eligible for our full benefits package, such as Flex Time Off, health insurances, 401(k) with company match, agent perks, and more!
