And we're looking for a Fitness Sales Associate / Assistant Manager who has work background with health and wellness, experienced in sales, and loves connecting with people. Why You 'll Love Working Here Competitive Pay : $21-$24/hr + uncapped commission + performance bonuses Free StretchLab sessions & retail discounts Career Growth : Clear path to General Manager and beyond Fun Culture : Be part of a supportive, wellness-driven team Community Involvement : Represent StretchLab at Seattle's fitness & wellness events What You 'll Do * Make 50+ daily outbound calls to book intro stretch sessions and follow up with leads * Create a welcoming first impression at the front desk: check-in, schedule, and answer questions * Lead engaging tours of our studio and close memberships/packages * Maintain a clean, organized, professional studio environment * Assist the General Manager with sales tracking, marketing initiatives, and member retention * Represent StretchLab at local events (wellness fairs, fitness expos, farmers markets, etc.) What We 're Looking For * Previous sales experience (fitness, wellness, gym, hospitality, or boutique studio required) * Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections with empathy and professionalism * Is organized, goal-driven, and comfortable using CRM/scheduling platforms. * Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with people. * Strong communication skills in-person, on the phone, and via email * Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven, fast learner, listen to directions * Passionate about health, fitness, or helping others improve their lifestyle * Able to work at least one weekend day and 18-24 hours per week * Local to Seattle with reliable transportation to South Lake Union Growth & Training We'll invest in your success: * Ongoing mentorship in sales and leadership * Opportunities to grow into Assistant Manager, General Manager, or multi-studio leadership roles Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $21.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Experience: * Fitness sales: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Required) * Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
