Territory Sales Manager Job Description: We are seeking for a sales professional who can succeed in increasing sales by managing independent sales reps, direct sale to our customers and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies. Responsibilities: * 2 - 3 weeks per month traveling to train sales representatives on product line * Manage sales reps sales numbers, target customers and target products * Set up trade shows and meetings * Develop loyalty amongst new customers: Electrical Distributors and showrooms * Build new book of business through various channels Qualifications: * Experience in the lighting or electrical industry is REQUIRED. * Strong knowledge of lighting products, technologies, and market trends. * Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Established track record of leading and motivating sales teams. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
