Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and warm calling strategies. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client requirements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client challenges. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies. * Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. * Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights for management review. Skills * Proven experience in sales and account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills, capable of reaching mutually beneficial agreements. * Proficient in analyzing data to drive decision-making processes. * Experience in technical or technology sales is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport with clients quickly. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
