Major Responsibilities * On the floor majority of the time greeting, talking to customers, developing relationships and selling product. * Practice a feature/benefit selling methodology so that all customers receive consistent treatment when doing business. * Conduct a road test and pre-delivery inspection prior to delivery to customer. * Attain new and used sales quotas as agreed upon with the sales manager. * Cultivate prospects (e.g., showroom customer follow-up, phone-in inquiries, past owners, etc.) * Contact customers using mailing lists, CRMs and personal follow-up to encourage additional sales and ensure customer satisfaction. * Attend training sessions to keep current with sales techniques and sales department issues. * Other duties as assigned. Requirements * Experience with sales of motorcycles or vehicles and has demonstrated the ability to quickly learn the sales process. * Approachable, likable personality with high-energy level. * Excellent communication skills and demonstrated "closing skills". * Dedication to delivering superior customer service. * Ability to develop relationships and generate referrals as a trusted consulta Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
