Our Commercial Line Account Managers manages a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, provides exceptional customer service, and collaborates with Producers and Sr. Account Managers to develop and retain business. The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the insurance needs of clients, handling policy renewals, claims support, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering customized insurance solutions. Education/Qualifications/Skills: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. * Industry experience of 5+ years is preferred, experience in commercial insurance, with considerable experience in account management and client-facing roles. * Proficiency in using insurance software systems and Microsoft Office Suite, Applied Epic Agency Management System is preferred. * Current Oklahoma resident Agent's License. * Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license for the state in which you reside, and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report. Preferred Education and Experience * Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, Insurance Producer, or similar role in the insurance industry. * In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry regulation. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. * Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. * Client Management * Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, focusing on building strong, long-term relationships. * Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing expert advice on coverage, policy changes, and renewals. * Provide support to clients during the claims process, working closely with claims adjusters and underwriters to ensure timely communication and updates. Policy Administration : * Process and verify insurance policy applications, renewals, binders, certificates, endorsements, and other related documents for accuracy and timely delivery. * Ensure all policy requirements are met, including necessary forms, and documentation. * Prepare insurance summaries and proposals in an accurate and efficient manner. Sales Support : * Collaborate with Producers in securing new business and supporting existing accounts. * Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional coverages and services based on clients' risk management needs. * Participate in client visits alongside Producers when needed, providing knowledgeable support. Client Acquisition & Retention * Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients, improve customer satisfaction, and increase the overall account base. * Seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other outreach efforts. Compliance & Documentation * Ensure all client interactions, policies, and renewals comply with industry regulations and internal company policies. * Maintain detailed records and ensure all policy documents are up to date. * Adhere to the Dillingham Commercial workflows as it relates to the proper process and procedures related to documentation saved in Epic (Applied Systems). Education & Industry Knowledge: * Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends through participation in training programs, seminars, and professional development activities. * Utilize technical skills to address clients' evolving insurance needs.Dillingham Insurance
