Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home's key selling points and asking price * Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary * Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business * Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly * Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller Qualifications: * Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly * Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself * Currently licensed in real estate * Completes tasks quickly and efficiently * One year of work experience in real estate About Company Skender-Newton Realty is in the business of helping people -- we just happen to sell real estate.
