We are currently seeking a part-time with the opportunity to a full-time , enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support our growing operations. Job duties include but are not limited to: * Manage all administrative and organizational tasks related to real estate transactions from contract to closing * Act as a liaison between agents, clients, and title partners to ensure a smooth transaction process * Review, track, and manage transaction documents for accuracy and compliance * Monitor and manage critical dates and deadlines throughout the transaction lifecycle * Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and agents regarding transaction status * Work with buyers, sellers, and internal teams to clear requirements and conditions * Collaborate effectively with internal sales and operations teams to ensure seamless closings Required Skills and Qualifications: * Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office * Strong attention to detail with a high level of professionalism * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Macomb, MI 48044
