Description: * Sales Representative (Furniture Sales) - Baton Rouge, LA* Airline Highway Location * Full-Time | Commission + Bonuses | Paid Training | Sundays Off Home Furniture Plus Bedding is hiring a Sales Representative to join our Baton Rouge furniture sales team at our Airline Hwy location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is motivated by performance-based earnings, and wants long-term growth in retail sales. As a full-time Furniture Sales Associate , you'll help customers find the right products for their home while building strong relationships and driving sales results. We provide four weeks of paid training , ongoing coaching, and uncapped earning potential.
