• Full-Time | Commission + Bonuses | Paid Training | Sundays Off Home Furniture Plus Bedding is hiring a Sales Representative to join our Baton Rouge furniture sales team at our Airline Hwy location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is motivated by performance-based earnings, and wants long-term growth in retail sales. As a full-time Furniture Sales Associate , you'll help customers find the right products for their home while building strong relationships and driving sales results. We provide four weeks of paid training , ongoing coaching, and uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Furniture Sales Representative

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
• Guide customers through the furniture sales process using strong product knowledge
• Stay proactive and attentive throughout each customer interaction
• Use sales tools and systems to close sales and meet performance goals
• Follow up with customers to build repeat business and long-term relationships
• Manage open orders and resolve customer concerns with integrity
• Maintain a positive, coachable, and goal-driven mindset

Qualifications

- Sales Representative (Furniture)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, confident, and customer-focused
• Motivated to meet and exceed individual sales goals in a commission-based role
• Coachable and open to ongoing sales training and performance feedback
• Comfortable using basic technology, point-of-sale systems, and digital communication tools
• Prior experience in retail sales, furniture sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
