Job Overview We are looking to fill a couple positions with motivated, goal-oriented, results-driven individuals to join our growing Team as Account Acquisition Managers & Trainers. In this dual role, you will consult with clients to design tailored benefit programs for their business, while leading, training, and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals with leadership skills and a passion for coaching and training others, who are looking to make a real difference in the lives of others. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with clients to assess their needs and design customized employee benefits packages. * Present benefits solutions to key stakeholders, addressing questions and ensuring alignment with client goals. * Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates. * Lead, mentor, and train others to achieve individual and team sales targets. * Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement. * Analyze sales metrics and report on progress to senior leadership. Qualifications * Exceptional communication and presentation skills. * Ability to train and motivate others for high performance. * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
