Job Summary: Electrical and Lighting Services Sales and Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Service Department. This includes sourcing new clients, contract management, the management and scheduling of the service technicians, ensuring the proper stocking of service vehicles, inventory management, writing service quotes, billing, and maintaining the operational proficiency of the service group and managing the Company's relationship with service clients. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. * Manage the day-to-day operations of all service technicians. * Schedule the daily and weekly work for all service technicians. * Evaluate technician attendance, performance and reviews. * Manage the safety program for the Service Group. * With the CEO, develop and maintain the Service Pricing Schedule. * Price all service agreements. * Train new service technicians. * Interface with the Company's sales staff as needed. * Interface with project managers as needed. * Represent the company at meetings. * Build the service division by cultivating new clients and new services. * Perform other duties as assigned and as requested by the CEO. Supervisory Responsibilities: The Service Manager is responsible for supervising all Service Technicians. This includes oversight of work to ensure all expectations are met, plus ongoing coaching and discipline as needed.
