We are a small team and rely on consistency, accountability, and pride in our work. Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Sales & Artisan Team Member to support daily store operations. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and consistent availability. Due to the size of our team, reliability and communication are essential. This role is not suitable for students with limited or changing availability. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Experience: - Greet and assist customers professionally and warmly - Communicate our mission and the impact of each purchase - Process transactions accurately and manage inventory - Maintain visual merchandising standards - Be dependable and on time for scheduled shifts Artisan Duties: - Create handmade bracelets following established quality standards - Learn and apply basic design techniques (training provided) - Assist with events or workshops when scheduled Required Qualifications (please read carefully): -Must be 18 years of age or older - Availability to work full 10-hour shifts (10am-8pm) when scheduled - Consistent availability, including weekends - Strong reliability and punctuality - Retail or customer-facing experience preferred - Ability to communicate schedule conflicts in advance - This role is not suitable for candidates with frequently changing availability What We Offer: - $19/hour + commission - Employee discounts - Supportive work environment - Opportunity to grow with a mission-driven brand If you are excited about the opportunity to combine your sales skills with your passion for craftsmanship and community service, we would love to hear from you!
