Job Summary We are an Independent Insurance Agency seeking experienced Commercial Lines candidates for immediate openings. CSR's and account managers with responsibility for all aspects of client service for our growing book of business. CT P & C license required, designations preferred ACSR, CISR. Prefer a Minimum 3 + years experience working in an independent agency, however we are willing to train entry level candidates. Ability to work with producers placing new business, rounding accounts and retaining business by providing exceptional customer service. Position requires ability to service existing client base on a daily basis and interact with multiple location internal staff. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30. Strong organizational skills and time management. Intermediate computer skills. Experience with Applied Systems Epic, Agency management systems, Scan technology, and intermediate Word and Excel skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
