Regional Sales Manager - Telecom / Fiber / Wireless (Washington, D.C. Area) About Us We're a fast-moving regional telecom provider serving Washington, D.C. and the surrounding Maryland and Virginia suburbs. We own and operate our own network, we're not a reseller, which means our customers enjoy faster installation, better reliability, and direct access to local decision-makers. When others wait for corporate approval, we deliver. The Opportunity We're looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive new business growth across our service area. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping businesses modernize their connectivity and safety systems. What You 'll Do * Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts across the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region * Sell our fiber internet, wireless, and voice (VoIP) solutions to businesses and multi-tenant properties * Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless installation and customer onboarding * Represent our brand with professionalism, energy, and technical credibility in the local market What We 're Looking For * Proven success in telecom sales including fiber or wireless services * B2B experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals * Understanding of VoIP, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and building safety systems (alarms, cameras, etc.) * Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking with executives and IT leaders * Self-starter who enjoys autonomy and accountability * Must reside in the greater Washington, D.C. area GRdheDE2CC
