Sales Professional - Staffing Industry Are you a proven staffing sales leader? Join a premier North American third party quality containment and staffing organization as we expand in Southeast Michigan. This role is pivotal for driving new business acquisition, developing strategic client partnerships, and delivering innovative staffing solutions. We seek someone with a demonstrated history of exceeding targets in outside sales within the staffing sector. Make a tangible impact on businesses and careers! Key responsibilities: * The Sales Professional for Staffing will provide customer service to current clients to expand existing business. * This individual must be experienced in selling larger accounts, and those focused on direct permanent hires for the Staffing Industry. * The Sales Professional for Staffing will be able to prospect and make cold calls - both in person and on the phone. * Provide superior customer support, propose solutions, overcome objections and respond to customer needs with a "customer first" mentality. * Develop and execute market growth strategies and project strategies to achieve company objectives. * The Sales Professional for Staffing should also be well versed in CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot. * Familiar with Microsoft Outlook. * Market qualification/pre-call planning. * Prospect and develop new accounts. * Visit, participate and follow up on * Determine needs of the client. * Closing/follow-up and continued communication to ultimately grow business. * This is an outside sales position, traveling within the metro Detroit area. * Must be a self starter requiring minimal direction. * Good communication skills * Must be outgoing, upbeat and positive * Goal oriented and assertive.
