Weekend availability is required (Saturday & Sunday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.) What You 'll Do * Welcome customers and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere * Understand each client's unique needs and recommend gowns that flatter their body type and personal style * Curate complete looks--including accessories--to elevate every outfit * Provide personalized styling advice and stay up-to-date on current fashion trends * Share product details such as fabrics, care instructions, pricing, and promotions * Maintain beautiful merchandise presentation and assist with restocking * Build lasting relationships by remembering loyal clients' preferences, sizes, and style What Makes You a Great Fit * Previous experience as a Retail Stylist or in a similar fashion-related role * Sales experience in apparel or footwear is a plus * Exceptional customer service skills and a warm, engaging personality * Confidence styling different body types, aesthetics, and occasions * Strong awareness of current fashion trends, accessories, and makeup * High school diploma required; additional education in Fashion or Merchandising is a plus Perks & Benefits * Employee discount * Paid time off * Supportive, fashion-focused team environment * Opportunities to build your portfolio and styling expertise No phone calls, please.
