Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. This role is integral to expanding our customer base through effective outside sales, business development, and account management. As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions, providing product demos, and generating leads within assigned territories. Duties * Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities within designated territories. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on HVAC solutions tailored to their needs. * Manage existing accounts while expanding the customer base through proactive lead generation and upselling strategies. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. * Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize market penetration and customer engagement. * Negotiate contracts and close sales by understanding customer requirements and offering appropriate solutions. * Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development efforts. * Maintain a high level of customer service by providing expert advice, technical support, and follow-up post-sales assistance. * Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. * Participate in product demos, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2C sales, or technical sales within the HVAC or related industries. * Strong background in management, territory management, lead generation, and account management. * Familiarity with CRM softwares for tracking sales activities. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Ability to conduct product demos and present technical information clearly to diverse audiences. * Experience in marketing strategies related to retail sales, cold calling, upselling, and direct sales approaches. * Strong analysis skills for market research and competitive analysis. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and territory expansion.
