We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Administrative Assistant to support a top-performing healthcare sales team. What You 'll Do * Handle sales application updates * Maintain accurate records, reports, and sales dashboards * Act as the primary gatekeeper for administrative sales tasks * Anticipate needs and eliminate bottlenecks before they happen * Handle account creation, supply ordering, IT support ticket creation and maintenance, EMR interface proposals, staffing proposals, and other sales admin tasks What We 're Looking For * 2+ years in sales support, admin, executive assistant, or operations roles * Extremely organized with strong attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Excel, and scheduling tools * Self-starter who thrives in a remote, high-trust environment * Ability to prioritize under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Discreet, reliable, and professional at all times Compensation & Benefits * $60,000 base salary * Performance-based bonus opportunities * 100% remote / work-from-home * Paid time off & holidays * Direct exposure to senior leadership and revenue operations * Opportunity for long-term career growth into executive support Why This Role Is Different You won't be buried in bureaucracy.
