We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Administrative Assistant to support a top-performing healthcare sales team. This is a 100% remote, full-time position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves keeping things organized, and wants to directly contribute to company growth. • Handle sales application updates
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and sales dashboards
• Act as the primary gatekeeper for administrative sales tasks
• Anticipate needs and eliminate bottlenecks before they happen
• Handle account creation, supply ordering, IT support ticket creation and maintenance, EMR interface proposals, staffing proposals, and other sales admin tasks What We 're Looking For
• 2+ years in sales support, admin, executive assistant, or operations roles
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Excel, and scheduling tools
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote, high-trust environment
• Ability to prioritize under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Discreet, reliable, and professional at all times
