Full description of the position

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Maintain, update, and complete all required documentation, tracking, and utilization in the Zoho CRM platform on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. * Cultivate lasting relationships with new and existing customers to grow customer loyalty and generate new business opportunities. * Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives in a report to the Chief Strategy Officer. * Participate in weekly operations meetings to ensure any employer issues or concerns are addressed and can be efficiently communicated back to employer clients with resolution steps. * Draft detailed and accurate sales reports as needed. * Assesses costs, market competition, supply, and demand to identify selling prices and targets. * Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new services based on existing and potential new business as needed * Collaborate with the operations team to implement and onboard all new employees. E * Ensuring any applicable custom protocols are built into the medical record and reviewed with operations management before launch. * Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred. * At least one year of experience in a sales role preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, vendors, etc. * Great Time Management, organizational, and prioritization abilities. * Attention to detail, efficient problem-solving skills, and highly self-motivated.
