Full description of the position

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain, update, and complete all required documentation, tracking, and utilization in the Zoho CRM platform on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with new and existing customers to grow customer loyalty and generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives in a report to the Chief Strategy Officer.
• Participate in weekly operations meetings to ensure any employer issues or concerns are addressed and can be efficiently communicated back to employer clients with resolution steps.
• Draft detailed and accurate sales reports as needed.
• Assesses costs, market competition, supply, and demand to identify selling prices and targets.
• Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new services based on existing and potential new business as needed
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement and onboard all new employees. E
• Ensuring any applicable custom protocols are built into the medical record and reviewed with operations management before launch.
• Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a sales role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, vendors, etc.
• Great Time Management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• Attention to detail, efficient problem-solving skills, and highly self-motivated.
