About the Role
Casco Bay Cleaning Services is looking for a tech-savvy, high-energy Sales Representative to drive growth in our facilities maintenance and janitorial services business. We are looking for a modern "hunter" who can balance traditional field sales (site visits and handshakes) with digital outreach strategies. In this role, you will be the face of Casco Bay--developing new business relationships, leveraging digital tools to build a pipeline, and providing tailored cleaning solutions for high-value commercial clients. What You 'll Do
- Modern Prospecting : Utilize LinkedIn, email marketing, and digital networking tools to identify and engage decision-makers across various sectors (Healthcare, Education, Industrial, and Class-A Offices).
- Territory Growth : Actively generate leads and manage a territory that spans from Greater Portland down through the Southern NH and Boston corridors.
- Field Engagement : Conduct on-site facility walkthroughs to understand client needs and prepare precise pricing estimates and proposals.
- CRM Mastery : Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Relationship Management : Negotiate contract terms and collaborate with operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new accounts. What We 're Looking For
- Experience : 2 -5 years of proven success in B2B sales or outside field sales. Experience in janitorial, building maintenance, or environmental services is highly preferred but not required for a high-performing tech-savvy candidate.
- Tech-Savviness : You must be highly proficient with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and have a track record of using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools to generate business.
- Communication : Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to "speak the language" of property managers and facility directors.
- Mobility : A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally (daily travel within ~90 minutes of the hub). You should enjoy being on the road at least 3 days per week.
