Responsibilities

: 1. Parts Counter Expertise: Provide expert assistance to customers by identifying, locating, and selling Volkswagen parts. 2. Customer Service Excellence: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service and effective communication. 3. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with the team to ensure optimal parts availability. 4. Order Processing: Process parts orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to customers and service technicians. 5. Delivery Driver: Safely and promptly deliver parts to our valued customers and assist with occasional driving duties as needed.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or counter service.
• Familiarity with Volkswagen parts and systems preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
