[please apply online] The Territory Manager plays a critical role in representing 1-800-Textiles during some of the most challenging moments our customers experience. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral relationships, expanding market presence, and serving as a professional brand ambassador while helping restore and care for clients' most cherished personal belongings in a fast-paced insurance restoration environment. • Represent the 1-800-Textiles brand in the field with professionalism and compassion
• Build and grow relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other referral sources
• Conduct educational meetings and impactful sales presentations
• Identify and convert new sales opportunities within your territory
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences

• Pay: $90,000-$150,000/year (on-target earnings)

Requirements

:

• Experience: 1+ year in sales or business development (insurance or restoration preferred)
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with outbound sales techniques (cold calling, door knocking, networking)
• Tech-savvy with CRM and spreadsheet tools
