Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. * Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A positive attitude and a passion for helping others are essential. * Familiarity with CRM systems or sales software is a plus but not required.
