Hire Up Staffing is excited to partner with a leading trade show and commercial signage company in Houston to bring on a creative, driven, and relationship-focused Sales Executive to join their growing signage division immediately! If you thrive on building connections, closing deals, and bringing eye- catching visual concepts to life--this is the role for you. What You 'll Do: * Generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling, inside/outside sales, and strategic networking. * Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their vision and delivering custom signage solutions. * Create tailored proposals, quotes, and contracts aligned with client needs and budgets. * Partner closely with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from concept through installation. * Support marketing and sales initiatives that expand market reach and drive revenue growth. What Makes You a Great Fit: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience (preferred). * A proven track record in business development, cold calling, and consultative selling. * Experience with multifamily or corporate signage packages is a plus. * Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to read architectural blueprints and familiarity with fabrication materials.
