Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Engage with customers through effective communication to build rapport and trust. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. * Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash transactions and credit card payments. * Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and accessible. * Process stock deliveries and assist with inventory management as needed. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers. * Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is a plus. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. * A willingness to learn about products and services offered in order to better assist customers.
