Description Join the WeCare Centers Team! WeCare Centers is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Hospital Liaison to support our facilities in the Southwest region of Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, healthcare knowledge, and a passion for building lasting referral relationships. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other referral sources. * Serve as the primary liaison for referrals, providing prompt communication and support to ensure a smooth transition from referral to admission. * Represent WeCare facilities through marketing outreach and onsite visits to hospitals and other referring agencies. * Collaborate with Administrators to support both short-term and long-term census development goals. * Prepare and distribute promotional materials and presentations to referral partners as needed. * Plan and execute strategic community outreach events. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise * Experience in long-term care, admissions, or healthcare sales preferred. * Strong understanding of local healthcare markets and provider networks. * Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
