We're seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team!Compensation: $65,500 - $75,500 yearly Responsibilities: * Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel * Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals * Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles * Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice * Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business Qualifications: * A consistent top performer in sales * You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals * High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred * At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred * Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike About Company Our Mission at Homestead & Co is to provide superior client service.
