This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering uncapped commissions, bonuses, and residual income. There is no base salary or hourly pay. About the Opportunity As a B2B Sales Representative, you will work directly with local business owners in our community , building relationships and advising them on employee benefit solutions. No previous sales experience is required -- we provide comprehensive training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support.
