Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and driving sales growth within the commercial HVAC sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills, expertise in B2B sales, and a solid understanding of HVAC products and technology. Duties * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry research to expand the customer base. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance. * Upsell additional products or services during sales interactions to maximize revenue opportunities. * Provide technical support and product expertise during the sales process, ensuring clients understand the benefits of our HVAC solutions. * Follow up on leads generated through various channels including B2B networking events, industry conferences, and direct outreach. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the HVAC or related industries. * Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account development. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities and customer data management. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to service delivery. * Ability to conduct product demos effectively and explain technical details clearly to clients. * Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies. * Strong analysis skills for market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting. * Experience in marketing strategies that support business development initiatives. * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients across different industries. * A proactive attitude with a passion for driving business growth in the commercial HVAC sector.
