Job Title: Account Manager Location: Monroeville, PA Salary range: $90,000-$100,00 Job Overview: Responsible for executing sales strategies through structured processes to meet organizational targets. Focuses on business development, account management, strategy, planning, and maintaining customer relationships within the lubricants and industrial manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and develop new customer relationships; gather competitive product info. * Maintain and grow existing customer accounts; qualify new prospects. * Execute specific contract requirements; interact with operations, purchasing, and technical teams. * Prepare status and technical reports; provide technical support and product information. * Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue goals; create performance measures aligned with company objectives. * Forecast sales revenues (monthly, quarterly, annual); monitor costs, competition, and supply/demand. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis; analyze data to identify sales opportunities. * Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers; establish sales objectives and quotas. * Develop and implement sales programs and initiatives; maintain up-to-date product knowledge. * Investigate lost sales and customer accounts; perform additional assigned tasks. Qualifications: * Experience: 5+ years in business development, account management, or technical sales, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or chemical sectors. * Education: Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, business administration, or relevant technical field. An MBA or master's degree preferred. * Industry Knowledge: Experience with lubricants, chemicals, industrial equipment, or manufacturing environments is a plus. * Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Ability to learn business management software (SAP, Chempax). * Strong analytical, relationship-building, and communication skills. * Continuous Learning: Attending workshops, trade shows, industry conferences; staying updated on industry trends.
