DeZURIK is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist I to support factory sales operations for Red Valve's direct and independent sales channels. In this role, you'll play a key part in preparing accurate, competitive product quotations by interpreting technical requirements and collaborating across Sales, Engineering, Production, and Suppliers. You'll quickly become proficient in Red Valve's engineered valve products and apply that knowledge to review specifications, clarify orders, assign part numbers, and validate pricing. As a trusted partner, you'll provide customers and Sales Representatives with technical product information, manage multiple projects at once, and track quotations to secure business. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role. A technical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential. DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $56,736 to $70,921 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
