Account Executive - SaaS Sales (Pittsburgh, PA) New Business / Full Cycle Sales - $140K-$160K OTE About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing SaaS sales team. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new business. Our ideal candidate is comfortable selling to operations, finance, or technology leaders, and thrives in a consultative, value-driven environment. This is a role based in Pittsburgh, PA. What You 'll Do: * Manage a full sales cycle from lead generation through contract close * Develop a deep understanding of our platform and communicate its business value to prospects * Prospect and build relationships with decision-makers in mid-sized organizations * Maintain a healthy pipeline using a CRM and forecast accurately * Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas What You Bring: * 2-5 years of SaaS or technology sales experience (B2B environment preferred) * Proven record of meeting or exceeding a $400K-$600K annual quota * Strong presentation and communication skills -- both written and verbal * Proficiency with CRM tools * Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up habits Compensation & Benefits: * Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000 * On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000-$160,000 (uncapped commission) * Accelerators: 1.5 commission on revenue above quota * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid vacation and holidays * Professional development budget and advancement opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Do possess strong presentation/verbal and written communication skills? * Would you consider yourself a self starter with great organization and follow up habits? * Were you referred by a current employee?
