About us Durante & Rich Real Estate Multi-state Real Estate Company is seeking an experienced District Manager -Real Estate Agent to be based out of our Chicago District. Durante & Rich Real Estate focuses on single family rental and investment properties. Division: Real Estate & Property Management Division Location: Chicago Area (must live in the city) Job Title: Chicago District Manager Reports to: President About the Job Multi-state Real Estate Company is seeking an experienced District Manager to be based out of the Chicago Area. Our business model focuses on residential property management, our objective is to use property management as our base of business and expand into buying and selling residential properties. The ideal candidate will have previous real estate sales experience, basic understanding of landlord tenant laws, excellent verbal / written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi- task.
