How we will compensate you: * You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. In 2021, the average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agent's Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $124,000. * Individual agent performance will determine your income. * Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension. Responsibilities * Manage client accounts by building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with services provided. * Conduct warm calls to identify new business opportunities and nurture leads. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance sales and promote services. * Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth. * Analyze market trends to inform business development initiatives and enhance competitive positioning. * Lead sales presentations and effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Qualifications * Proven experience in account management and sales, with a strong emphasis on B2B sales and business development. * Excellent leadership and communication skills, complemented by negotiation expertise. * Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales, particularly using Salesforce. * Strong analytical skills and experience in warm calling to build and maintain client relationships.
