We are in need of 2 additional Team Member for our BDC*in our Service center! Our Service Department BDC handles all of the incoming Internet Inquiries for service appointments and all outgoing appointment reminder and service sales calls. As a Business Development Representative for the busy Service BDC Department, you will utilize your computer skills, courteous phone manner, and positive attitude to handle all of our customers needs. Duties and Responsibilities: * Respond to service calls with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism. * Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM. * Generate service appointments for our repair shops. * Conduct phone surveys to assess customer wants and needs. * Effectively utilize lead management tools. * Learn and have full knowledge of manufacturer brands, models, features, options, etc. * Must be comfortable making 100+ outbound follow-up calls to our prospects daily. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned. * Provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Requirements * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Efficient typing, emailing, and texting skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Must be able to work a 5 day work week including Saturdays. * Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
