Job Summary We are seeking a entry level motivated and dynamic Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing clients/prospects and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach attitude and effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services. The position offers a base pay plus bonus opportunities. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Have the ability to identify a cross-sell opportunity. * Utilize strong negotiation skills to retain clients and achieve retention targets. * Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members. Experience * 1+ years of proven Insurance Agency experience. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs effectively. * Must be multi-task oriented. * Strong computer/data entry skills. * Experience in Insurance Customer Service will be beneficial for this role.
