From automobile development to smart factories, our Swiss-designed sensor solutions are driving the future of electrified drive technology, industrial automation, and emission reduction. * Purpose of the Position The Sales Assistant & Office Admin will assist and support the Sales Operations team by providing administrative, clerical and customer support. Follows up with customers, completes orders and processes sales leads. This position is a full-time, on-site, non-exempt (hourly) role located in Irvine, California. * Main Tasks * Prepare project level quotations and follow up as required * Follow up and direct sales leads to appropriate member of sales team * Enter leads from trade shows into customer database * Organize, maintain, update and track sales demonstration equipment assets * Organize sales meetings, special events, conferences and seminars for the Irvine, CA office * Arrange meetings and conference rooms for visitors * Maintain customer database (C4C implementation) * Oversee the Central Dispatch inbox, including Cart to Quote and Web Requests. * Handle all other incoming emails to KIC Central Dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate responses. * Administer the sales.us inbox by creating and managing support tickets. * Process requests for quotes (RFQs), purchase orders (POs), and technical inquiries. * Fulfill and track demo equipment orders. * Process myKistler registrations and create accounts. * Support outside sales with managing key customer accounts. * Create quotes and assist with follow-up on customer orders * Provide support for urgent orders and customer inquiries * Answer customer phone calls and address issues in a professional and timely manner * Assist in training new outside sales team members on C4C and SAP systems * Perform other duties as assigned * Requirements Profile * Bachelor's degree or associate Preferred * Minimum of 3 years of experience in office admin, customer service, or sales related field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). * Experience with SAP, C4C, or CRM systems strongly preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service * Experience in data entry, customer service, generation of sales reports and administrative writing * Must be able to physically handle parts and packages; lift 25 lbs * Why Kistler?
