Position: TECHNICAL SALES Location: Novi, Michigan USA Please Note: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. Job description Froude is looking for a Technical Salesperson to develop new business and expand existing business in the Aerospace, Diesel and Marine industries. We desire technically savvy applicants that want to "make things happen" and whose talent will elevate the performance of everyone involved. We are an expanding design and manufacturing company that makes unique engine test products and systems. We engage with a broad variety of customers including Ford, General Motors, Rolls Royce, Volkswagen, Siemens, GE and Pratt and Whitney. Our customers are located all over the world including China, South America, India and all of Europe. Attributes * Entrepreneurial-spirited individual who enjoys creativity and autonomy while working with a close knit high-performing Sales Team * Knowledgeable and passionate about the growth culture in small to medium companies * Thrives in a fast moving, high-energy environment that is new and evolving Responsibilities * Maintain existing lines of business and effectively obtain new business * Build rapport with both internal and external customers * Provide market feedback to help product development, marketing plans and pricing strategy Qualifications * 2+ years of Sales Experience * Strong technical understanding of mechanical or electrical products * Excellent written and verbal skills * Computer literate with Sales Force, Zoho or another CRM Details The position is located in Novi, MI. Domestic and international travel is approximately 10-30%. Compensation is dependent on talent, performance and the individual's overall impact to the company.
