Role: Outside Sales Representative Location: * 275 Georgetown Lane, Beaver, PA 15009 * 1500 3rd Avenue, New Kensington, PA 15068 * 315 Green Ridge Road, New Castle, PA 16105 Job Summary: Liberty Roofing Center is a leader in the sales and delivery of roofing shingles and building materials for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, with 9 locations across the Eastern USA. We are looking for aggressive and self-motivated sales representatives with a hunter mentality who are ready to win and exceed their goals. This role involves managing a sales territory to drive revenue and market share growth by executing approved sales and marketing strategies while delivering top-tier customer service. Compensation: $60,000 base salary + commission and bonuses Benefits: * Medical & Prescription Drugs * Dental * Vision * Life/AD&D Insurance * LongTerm Disability (LTD) * Health Savings Account (HSA) * Flexible Spending Account (FSA) * Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) * 401(k) Retirement Plan Job Responsibilities: * Sell IKO Shingles and related IKO residential roofing accessories to new prospects * Develop IKO Shield and IKO Shield Pro+ contractors in the assigned territory * Plan and execute strategies to meet territory sales goals and support customer needs * Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts * Create and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools * Meet regularly with the Branch Manager to review pipeline and territory performance * Drive year-over-year growth in sales and product market share * Conduct weekly product presentations and program rollouts for contractors and builders * Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to customers * Respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries * Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation efforts * Participate in company-provided training sessions, meetings, and events * Investigate and address product quality issues within the territory * Follow all company policies and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience or 3-5 years of inside sales experience ready to transition to outside sales * Prior experience in the building products industry or working with roofing contractors, builders, or architects is preferred but not required * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications * Must successfully pass a background and credit check Liberty Roofing Center is an equal opportunity employer.
