The Client Sales Associate is key to our Houston expansion, focusing exclusively on AT&T sales. The Client Sales Associate engages in direct sales through consultations, providing clear performance data. Your success in sales will be measured by your ability to foster trust and guide confident sales conversions to superior fiber-optic technology. As a Client Sales Associate, you'll undergo comprehensive onboarding on AT&T's infrastructure, performance metrics, and residential use cases. The Client Sales Associate's sales methodology centers on honest discovery by identifying real bandwidth needs before recommending solutions. This sales-focused position builds credibility through consistent sales transparency, precise sales guidance, and responsible sales execution. Core Functions of the Client Sales Associate * Promote AT&T wireless and internet services by engaging residential customers, clearly explaining product features, pricing, and the advantages of fiberoptics over cable. * Identify customer needs through consultations and usage assessments, recommending the most appropriate AT&T plan to match household requirements. * Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, processing service agreements, and scheduling installations with accuracy and professionalism. * Educate customers on current AT&T technology, emphasizing benefits such as symmetrical upload/download speeds, ultralow latency, and the absence of data caps. * Maintain accurate records in data systems, documenting customer interactions, tracking sales performance, and ensuring compliance with AT&T service standards. * Collaborate with team leadership to stay informed on service expansions, promotions, and regulatory updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with industry guidelines. Education & Experience Needed for the Client Sales Associate * High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred for career growth in AT&T sales. * Experience in customer support, sales, retail, or hospitality, with proven ability to communicate clearly and solve problems effectively. * Ability to simplify and explain telecommunications concepts--including symmetrical speeds, low latency, and reliability--for nontechnical customers. * Strong organizational discipline to manage account documentation, CRM data entry, and residential territory schedules while meeting performance benchmarks. Preferred Skills for the Client Sales Associate * Translates technical details into clear, value-driven sales explanations. * Maintains a sales mindset focused on long-term relationships, not one-time transactions. * Balances sales goals with high standards of service and integrity. * Learns quickly to stay current on products and competitive sales positioning.
